Where are you ? There's a potentially 3rd world country, not really, who needs their election monitored. Are you able to put your hammer down and rush off to this nation slipping into the abyss.
America needs you and maybe Bill Moyers as well, although I don't know his credentials regarding election monitoring.
It seems there is a election recruiting company that claims they <b>can't</b> keep fraud away from the sign up stage of this campaign. Their name--ACORN
One more thing ,it seems to involve the left side of the political spectrum. That could be a problem for you, but hey, maybe you can turn this into a scandle for the other side.
